Erin Thorp holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and spent many years working in that industry as a project engineer and project manager before pivoting her career into leadership mentoring. Erin’s career these days is focused on professional speaking and leadership development coaching. She is also the author of “Inside Out Empathy”, a book she wrote about exploring the underestimated superpower essential for building, developing, and inspiring a rock-solid team.
